* Introduction

• Free of directional nature and less warping nature causing crack in comparison with other forming method because of specific gravity of 0.93~0.96 as much as floating on the water contribute to, especially, superior impact-proof. It can be used even at the temperature of max. 80°C, min. -50°C because of good heat-resistance and cold-resistance.
• Protected from nearly all chemicals thanks to excellent chemical-resistance of polyethylene.
• Always maintains beautiful appearance because dirt can be cleared easily thanks to waterproof or rustproof.
• It provides excellent insulation and thermal keeping because foaming layer minimizes the heat conductivity. It enables you to make large container. Because it employs the special process, it can produce large size products freely without limitation of capacity of mold or molding machine unlike other molded parts.
